Diana Lezhava joined Center for Social Sciences (CSS) in 2010 as a Students Dean/Director’s assistant and worked on various positions since then. In 2014 she became an Administrative Director of CSS and a Research fellow at the Education and Development Program. She has extensive experience in project management, financial administration and organizational management. In addition, she is also involved in CSS projects as a research fellows, especially in the project related to higher education and labour market. And is an author/co-author of related publications. Within her doctoral dissertation she works on the development of higher education systems in Georgia and Estonia after joining Bologna process and its impact on the growth of the local labor markets. Since 2018 Diana is a Higher Education Expert of EU Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA). Within this capacity she works on the proposal assessment of Erasmus+ Capacity Building in the Field of Higher Education (CBHE). In addition, since 2018 she is an Authorization Expert of National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement of Georgia. Her research interests include: higher education policy and management, informalities in education, higher education and labour market, informalities in labour market.
