Razvan Papuc is full professor at University of Bucharest and Dean of the Faculty of Business and Administration. His research interests cover public economy, public finances, fiscal policies, fiscal competition and higher education financing. He coordinated and was a member of several projects team. Razvan Papuc is also a member of the National Council for Higher Education Financing and the AMPODCA Monitoring Committee.
